Interesting subject that fills a niche no one properly covered until now.The subject is something most of us here can relate to and you will be successful in you do it right(by this I mean proper graphics, efects, scenes etc.)You plan to do pictures or animations? Sadly I don't think you will find a discord/chat partner very soon because people have really busy(to be read shitty) schedules nowdays) so I will give you a few pointers as what the bully should be like.
Firstly he doesn't need to say much, he can insult the mom for being a slut and mock the son for being a sissy.
To be inspired you can take a few hints from bully ntr mom and son manga like the ones from the artist called maple-go. Which morphs are you using for severed limbs, heads, etc?

I usually make my own because there are no good props for that stuff.
you hide unnecessary part (for example by scaling it down or using geometry editor) and then plug the hole with something for example create few sphere primitives and stuff them into the hole.
