There was a pic of an "otoko no ko" (a feminine boy) ripping the head off of a warrior. He looked pretty demonish, was in his lap or after riding him (don't really remember) and he was holding the warrior's head up high. Anyone know about this one?

Pic is only related that it has a similar style/mood to it.

I think you will find it mostly disappointing, but the same group (Nightmare Express) has some interesting sets. Most of them end with the girls mind broken or pregnant (or both), but they have quite a lot of asphyx (with some sets ending with the victim dead)

Be warned though, there are lots of futa, and not all the sets have good art (with some of them being quite shitty)

As long as the victim is alive you get to see it from Victims POV.
When she is dead you see the Male Attackers POV, fucking her in all sorts of positions.

Meaning while she is alive she gets fucked, stabbed, punched and you see this all in POV.

When she is dead the attacker still does things to her body and fucks her and this time we see it from the males POV, with beautiful POV shots from his perspective cumming on her body and such.

The missing body mesh might be fixed by installing/reinstalling a body replacer like UNP or CBBE.
With the game crashing when you die....can't help with that, sorry. You might want to ask the author of the mod on LoversLabs.
