ok, we can work with that.
Looks like you need to get proportions sorted. If you're going to freehand, then look into the Loomis method… If you want to use reference, use some photographs or Daz models (This should help you to keep proportions correct)
In this image, you can see the ears are too small, the wrong shape, and not placed so that the top is in line with the eyes and the bottom in line with the nose.
She has no eyelashes (Or thickened line to indicate eyelashes)
Her tongue is on the outside of her teeth, Her neck isn't in line with her back (Should be in line with the center of her chest.
Her clavicles could use more definition? (and need to merge into the top line of her shoulders,
Her earing isn't in perspective, (If its a loop, that's not how they look when in an ear)
Line thickness and softness is inconsistent (And untapered which can help with the nose line in particular) (The eyes are hella soft) lose the nipple holes (They are absurdly large and incorrectly shaped.. lose em - or make em the size of a line.)
