i guess you can upload guro with nudity, there's more ryona then guro videos on the platform, but they have some real gore videos up, too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i don't really know, but give it a shot.

I've seen some questionable blogspots around, mainly loli stuff around for years, i'm pretty sure you can upload guro without it being cracked down, i doubt google cares enough to check blogger.
